Eligibility: 1. Court Order or Agreement
A valid court order, temporary orders, or a mutual written agreement between both parties that outlines the need for supervised visitation or safe exchanges.
2. Completed Intake Process
Each parent/guardian must complete an individual intake interview, either in-person or virtually.
Both parties must submit all required documentation before scheduling visitations.
3. Willingness to Follow Program Policies
Clients must review, sign, and agree to follow Safe Time’s Visitation Guidelines and Policies, including safety rules, behavior expectations, and scheduling procedures.

Eligibility: Classes partially paid for by grant from Texas OAG. Eligible participants are non-custodial fathers referred by Tarant County child support courts and family courts, Tarrant County Domestic Relations Office, Access and visitation hotline, and Office of the Attorney General.
Fees: Classes partially paid for by Federal Access/Visitation grant funding through Texas OAG. Service is free to eligible referrals.

Eligibility: Clients are referred by courts, attorneys, Office of the Attorney General, Child Protective Services, local social service providers, and self-referral. Clients must complete intake evaluations, adhere to Kids First's written policies, and pay fees (if required).
Fees: Fees for private pay clients(sliding scale available). Office of the Attorney General referrals are not charged for services if program is receiving OAG funds.
