• Status checks: For unsupervised visitations an observer will drop in and observe the interactions between children and noncustodial and speak with the children/ noncustodial. $55/per 30-minute status check. $10 Travel fee up to 15-mile radius, .75 cents per additional mile.

Eligibility: 1. Intake – Both custodial and non-custodial parents/guardians will schedule a time to meet with staff to review the specifics of needs (must bring a copy of the court order), assess the risks and decide if services can be provided.
Each client must call to schedule an intake interview separately. Non Custodial is required to complete their meeting first. Each client will receive the rules and guidelines at time of interview and will be required to sign in an agreement to all rules.
Intake Fee: $30 per party appointment


2. Scheduling – After both intakes have been completed, Angel Watch Supervision’s calendar will be reviewed for openings. If an immediate opening is not available, families will be placed on wait list.
Visits will continue until such time as ordered by the courts, one or both parties fail to attend, or it is determined in the child’s best interest to end visits

Late Fees & Cancellations
If either party cancels a scheduled visit less than 24 hours before the visit, the canceling party will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee.
If either party is a no-show, that party will be assessed a $75 fee.
If the child to be visited/exchanged is sick, a valid doctor’s excuse is required to waive the cancellation fee of the custodial party.
For exchanges, the assessed cancel fee will be $40

If either party is more than 15 minutes late for the visit, the visit may be cancelled (unless other party wishes to wait). The late party will be charged a $60 cancellation fee.

If the child is not picked up promptly at the scheduled pick-up time, the custodial party may be assessed a late fee of $2 per minute.

Visits will be suspended if late fees or cancellation fees are not paid prior to the next visit (if the fee is assessed on the visiting party). Unpaid fees will be reported to the appropriate attorney and/or court.
Court Fees
Supervisors are available to testify for a professional fee of $300 (two hour minimum), which must be paid 24 hours in advance of the hearing date. If the Supervisor remains available and not discharged by the court longer than two hours, each additional hour will be billed at $150 per hour. If the hearing is moved without the Supervisor’s testimony, the fee will be an additional $150 if the rescheduled date is more than two weeks after the initial hearing date. This fee must be paid in advance of the hearing date. Fees are non-refundable, regardless if the supervisor testifies or not. All court appearances must be via subpoena.

Custodial party must provide a copy of the court order and/or protective order (in court ordered cases) when registering. The entire court order is not required; the Center needs the front page and the page referring to supervised visitation and/or exchange.



Registration takes approximately 15 minutes. Each party must make an appointment to complete registration. Registration documents must be completed in their entirety, and fees must be paid prior to the first visit.



When registration has been completed by both parties and all fees paid, the parties will be contacted and then the visits/exchanges can be scheduled at that time.



If parties do not visit for 12 consecutive months and then wish to resume visits/exchanges, each party must register and pay registration fees again.



Requesting a Visit or Exchange

Visiting party must call to request a visit no later than 5:00 Tuesday for a weekend visit. Custodial party will be notified of the visit by the end of the day on Wednesday prior to the weekend visit. Visit requests will be denied if not requested by the deadline.

For week day visits, visiting party must request a visit no less than 4 days prior to requested date. Visit requests will be denied if not requested by the deadline.

All visits must be called in, regardless of how long the visits have been occurring. If you want a visit, you must call it in and book it. No exceptions.

3. Safety & Background Screening
Visiting parents must consent to:

Criminal background check (local, state, and national)

Sex offender registry check

CPS history check (if applicable)

Any findings that pose a safety risk to the child or staff may result in denial of services.

4. Payment of Fees
Intake/orientation fee paid before services begin.

Hourly visitation fees (and any transportation fees) must be prepaid or paid on the day of service.

Missed visit fees apply if cancellation is not within the set notice period.

5. Compliance with Health & Safety
No visitation if the visiting parent appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

No possession of weapons, contraband, or unsafe items.

Compliance with health protocols (e.g., no visits if contagious illness is present).

6. Respectful Conduct
All participants must follow the center’s behavior and language guidelines—no threats, profanity, or intimidation.

Only approved individuals listed in the visitation plan may attend.

7. Confidentiality & No Recording
Clients may not photograph, audio-record, or video-record visits unless authorized in writing by the court and the center.

8. Age-Appropriate Boundaries
All interactions must be child-centered and consistent with the child’s developmental needs.

No physical discipline of any kind is permitted during visits.

9. Adherence to Schedule
Clients must arrive on time; repeated tardiness may result in suspension of services.

Visits will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival delays.

10. Agreement to Center Rules
Both parties must sign an Acknowledgment of Rules and Liability Waiver before services begin.

Failure to follow the rules can result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services

Fees: A one-time $20 application fee is required to be submitted with a completed application. Parties who apply for enforcement services are exempt from paying the $60 fee for parenting classes. Non-enforcement program parties who are simply wishing to attend parenting classes are required to pay an up front $60 fee.
Eligibility: Any non-custodial parent that has rights under a Travis County visitation order. Generally, the custodial parent and the child(ren) must be residents of Travis County or any contiguous county. Non-custodial parents regardless of what county they live in are expected to attend all required parenting classes, any pre-filing settlement conference, any pre-trial conference, and any court setting.
